Coach: Instructional sessions to lead your managers and employees in the preparation and enhancement of documentation materials. Your employees work one-on one with the coach. (~60% involvement)
Team Member: An interim member to provide a kick-start to your quality program, guidance and support in assisting your company through policies / procedures / records / standards to complete the development, implementation, and registration process. (~60 to 100% involvement)
QA Coordinator (Supplemental): Acting as an interim Quality Assurance Manager, services include system development, records review, internal quality or supplier audits, on-site training, and implementation of improvement projects or establishing / customizing records. (~90% involvement)
